Seattle Leads with Most Wi-Fi Hotspots

From the CTIA newswire: "According to Intel's annual ranking, Seattle and San Francisco top the list for wireless Internet access in America. Seattle took the lead thanks to its abundance of Starbucks outlets, which offer wireless hotspots. San Francisco finished second, thanks to wireless hotspots at bars, convention centers, office parks and strip malls. (Source: Associated Press)"

Unfortunately, this list does not make a clear distinction of free vs. paid wireless. I am surprised Portland is not one of the top two, but the list may look very different if free wireless hot spots were differentiated from t-mobile/starbucks partnership hotspots.
