John Barlow on the Economy of Mind

This article made a big impression on me when I read it for the first time a while back. Now I see Joi Ito referencing is and it brings back a host of thoughtful memories. Our lives are changing as technology is clawing its way into acceptance for normality. Does it bring us together or push us apart? Time will tell and I don't think anyone can really predict. Technology is a tool and the users of the tool will eventually determine the overall impact of its presence.
